Pompilio’s history dates back to 1902, when the bar and adjacent dining room opened as small saloon.  Electric trolleys no longer click-clack past the front door, but for over a century customers have been frequenting the establishment known, since 1933, as Pompilio’s.  It is an Italian restaurant with a Kentucky flavor set in an historic neighborhood.

Come out for delicious food, and enjoy some tasty tunes by Encore Duo at Colonel Pomp’s Tavern on Saturday, May 14, 7:30 – 11:00 PM.
